Penguins at the Federal Courthouse Postcard By Bahr III

Those who have experienced Wilmington during a snowstorm know that it transforms the area into an enchanted White wonderland. Not a sight you see very often, this postcard takes a rare sighting of the Federal Courthouse under a blanket of snow combined with a pack of penguins.
